I made the mistake of hiring a handyman to repair the grout in my showers. When it was done it looked terrible and did not last. Hoping to have it done correctly this time, I hired Sir Grout to fix the broken grout lines and failed caulk in two showers, and to polish and seal granite countertops in the kitchen and one bathroom. Dawn, my grout technician, was super punctual and had a keen attention to detail. The results of Dawn's work were amazing. Everything looks brand new! Ann made my granite countertops shine. Kathryn worked with me to get the job done in a timely manner from quote to completion. The people at Sir Grout were all very professional, explained their processes in detail, and instructed me on how to clean and maintain the finished product. Highly recommend!

Dawn came in as scheduled. She proceeded to steam, clean our shower, and remove all the old, grout and debris from when we had our doors removed. Who would think it would take 5 to 6 hours to do a shower but it looks brand new? Excellent job by Dawn and Ann. Highly recommend them.
