Just had our tile in the entry, utility room, baths and lanai done in our villa recently purchased. Probably been 20 years since it was done. Phillip did the deep clean colored and sealed the grout and was done in 5 hours. He did a great job and everything looks brand new. I highly recommend Sir Grout of Central Florida.
