The technician, Meeko is a professional. He took the time to remove the stained, uneven grout. He then replaced the grout and sealed it, giving it a clean, polished look. The epoxy grout and color seal provide a protection that keeps water from penetrating the grout. Meeko kindly, explained how to use Sir Grout's special concentrated cleaner and left instructions for caring for my new shower. I was delighted with my service today.
Phillip was prompt, professional, and courteous. He explained each step of the process to seal a portion of tile floor, and how to properly care for it.
