Our shower grout was a hot mess. The wrong product had been used to patch problem areas, and we had mildew issues. We're so glad we found Sir Grout. Kathryn came to our house to explain the process and took measurements. We learned so much from her and scheduled the service. Dawn was our technician, but she's really an artist. She spent 1.5 days on our shower, removing the bad stuff, repairing and cleaning the grout, and applying the right finish. It looks like a brand-new tile job! She also cleaned our natural stone floor, treated the grout, and polished the whole thing. I recommend Sir Grout!

We called Sir Grout in Longwood, FL since our master bath shower needed to be renovated. A team of two people showed up on time on the day of the appointment. They worked tirelessly on removing the mildew by steam cleaning the walls & the floor. They also removed the old caulk & replaced it with new caulk. They "re-colored" the grout & sealed everything. When they finished about 3 pm in the afternoon, our shower looked brand new! I wish I had taken before & after pictures. We liked the work so well, that we asked them to return & help with the guest bath shower. Thank you, Sir Grout! We love how our showers look now.

Nicole was 10 minutes early, greeted me in a professional manner, and explained clearly what she was going to do.
