I had Sir Grout come and give me an estimate for grout repair. Ann looked it over and said it was too small of a job to send out a technician, but if we had the time, she could fix it in a few minutes for a nominal charge. She did a wonderful job and even touched up a couple of other spots. I got the appointment within a day of calling and everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone needing help with tile problems in their shower!
Our tile floors look brand new! Meeko did a great job and explained everything. He also did our walk-in shower floor. Couldn't be happier. My master bath shower was beginning to show its age and all the DIY attempts I made just wouldn't get it back to what I wanted! Met with one of the Co-owners of Sir Grout Orlando and she walked me through the process that they would use to restore my shower.
Two weeks later my shower looks NEW AGAIN! The technician, Gi Gi was a professional and a pleasure to have doing the work! He showed up on time, explained what he was doing each step of the way, never took a break for lunch and was done in a little less than 7 hours! We're now considering having some additional work done by Sir Grout on our floors in the bathroom, kitchen and entry!
Sir Grout made good on their promise. Although it started rough with the first technician, the 2nd one that came out today, GiGi, was amazing. He was thorough, professional, friendly and very detail oriented.
