The technician, GG, was right on time and did exactly what had been discussed. He was very friendly and had to deal with two dogs as he brought his equipment in and out. He did a great job and made my floor and shower look like new. He explained how to clean it in the future and left me a product to use. I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review. What an incredible outfit! We were dealing with a stained grout nightmare from another company. We reached out to Sir Grout for help because of the 250 5-star reviews. I called and spoke to Ann who was very kind, professional, and present at our home the next day.
Ann explained the process that was necessary to remove the old stain and reapply new stain, even doing a test to assure the process was going to work. She gave us a quote and a time frame, and was able to get us on the schedule the following week.
Meko and Gigi were our technicians, along with some reinforcements from Ann. What an incredible crew! They were punctual, hard-working, and a breath of fresh air to be around. They took pride in their work and made sure that it was done properly and that we were happy. This was done in our entire home.
From start to finish, it was just an incredible experience! Thank you all so much! It was such a pleasure working with you, and now we have beautiful floors!
