What an amazing experience. One of the owners, Kathryn, spent a great deal of time with me before I agreed to use Sir Grout Central Florida. She thoroughly explained the process and materials being used. My technician, Phillip, was fantastic. He is professional, informative, and meticulous. His work is top-notch. The technician, Meeko is a professional. He took the time to remove the stained, uneven grout. He then replaced the grout and sealed it, giving it a clean, polished look. The epoxy grout and color seal provide a protection that keeps water from penetrating the grout. Meeko kindly, explained how to use Sir Grout's special concentrated cleaner and left instructions for caring for my new shower. I was delighted with my service today.
