Sir Grout Central Florida gets 5 stars from me. The initial consultation with Katherine that was fully thorough. She was truly impressive with her knowledge of the process through the final completion of the project. The workers, Meeko, Phil, and Skyler were professional and respectful. The appointment was scheduled for 0800 hours and they arrived on time. When the job was completed, I was provided with a clear explanation of how to do maintenance to the floor and the product to use.
Sir Grout gets 5 stars!! Starting with the estimate Kathryn was professional and thorough. She described the process and our options completely. Service was scheduled promptly. The day of Service Meeko and Anne, we're right on time. They worked quickly and did a great job of cleaning, sealing and polishing our kitchen granite and replacing grout. They also replaced the grout in our Outdoor Kitchen. We are very pleased and they are coming back next week to clean our floors and seal all grout lines. PS they were very tolerant of our two large dogs during the process.

Phillip, Meeko, and Skyler were wonderful. Our floors look great, but our yucky shower looks fantastic. I think it was Skylar that did most of the shower work. The shower was quite the project, but now it looks better than new. Very professional and friendly group. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
