I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review. What an incredible outfit! We were dealing with a stained grout nightmare from another company. We reached out to Sir Grout for help because of the 250 5-star reviews. I called and spoke to Ann who was very kind, professional, and present at our home the next day.

Ann explained the process that was necessary to remove the old stain and reapply new stain, even doing a test to assure the process was going to work. She gave us a quote and a time frame, and was able to get us on the schedule the following week.

Meko and Gigi were our technicians, along with some reinforcements from Ann. What an incredible crew! They were punctual, hard-working, and a breath of fresh air to be around. They took pride in their work and made sure that it was done properly and that we were happy. This was done in our entire home.

From start to finish, it was just an incredible experience! Thank you all so much! It was such a pleasure working with you, and now we have beautiful floors!

The whole job experience was awesome from meeting with the owner (Kathryn Boyce) and getting the job completed. The job was scheduled within 7 days after accepting the quotation. The techs (Jermeko aka Meeko and David) were exceptional. Arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and were ready to go when promised. The two men were efficient, professional and courteous and were clearly well trained. I would not hesitate in recommending this company to anyone. Probably why I see their trucks quite often in the neighborhood.

Great experience from start to finish! Kathryn was very helpful with understanding the process and provided a reasonable quote very quickly. Ann did a wonderful job with the grout repair. And Meeko and David did a fantastic job cleaning the grout.

The grout was very dark between certain tiles in our kitchen (heavy wear), but after Meeko and David finished, the grout was back to its original lighter color, matching the rest of the grout in the non-traffic areas. Very pleased with the results!!

Sir Grout for the win! Kathryn (the owner) did the estimate and was awesome. She was right on time and explained every aspect of the process. I had about 100 questions, and she answered every single one.

Meeko did all the work and was incredible! The kitchen backsplash was cleaned and sealed, the guest bath floor was cleaned and sealed, and the master shower was cleaned. Let's talk. It was originally constructed with bad diy repairs (not ours). Meeko took care of removing all the old grout with care, cleaned the entire shower, and regrouted.

The shower has never looked this good!!! He was super friendly and efficient. His clean-up was so good, I'm pretty sure he left everything better than he found it!
Highly recommend this, Sir Grout!!!
